Our facilities
Bearwood Baptist Church is a small friendly Baptist church on the high street of Bearwood. The church was established in 1895 as a church plant from Smethwick Baptist Church, Regent Street, Smethwick. Our original church building is now a multipurpose hall hosting such things as childrens activities and older people's lunch club. The present church building was opened in 1963. Our church building, church hall and meeting rooms of various sizes, including kitchen and toilet facilities, are available during the week for hire. Please contact our bookings officer for more details.
Our building, located beyond the main shopping area on Bearwood Road (the local high Street), accommodates our modern weekend services – but the excitement of living for God goes beyond these four walls. Home groups provide an excellent chance to build friendships and explore who God is what He's doing.
No matter who you are or where you come from, we want the BBC to be a place where you can discover God. Maybe you are new to the area and are looking for a church.
